Why isn't NSAC advocating that its members sign the letter? Also, a big victory was won when Sen. Kay Hagan, member of the Senate's HELP Committee, announced her decision to co-sponsor Sen. Tester's amendments (http://hagan.senate.gov/?p=press_release&id=563).
