I have been on a farm my whole life. I aPplied for the socially disadvantage loan they said no. Why ? President Obama has granted 1.6 billion dollars for future farmers like me. Disappointed is an under statement. Help me understand whythe bellville usda fsa doesn't grant minorties loan that are available to get people like myself. I see why there are only 8 black female farmer in texas. I appealed. I will be #9. If I have to take it to the supreme court.
