		<description>Since when is USDA concerned with the size of shears?  I thought it was still up to the individual sheep shearer to select the size of his shears.  Please enlighten me

Also,  have dates been totally finalized for the March meeting?
Van and I are planning  to come and would like to get some cheep fares.</description>
