I thought it was still up to the individual sheep shearer to select the size of his shears. Please enlighten me . . . While the goal of the congressional leadership remains to have the bill finished by the inauguration on January 20, the shear size and complexity of the bill . . . Also, have dates been totally finalized for the March meeting? Van and I are planning to come and would like to get some cheep fares. Since when is USDA concerned with the size of shears?
